About Us
David Dickson founded Laptop Universe in 2004. David has a background working in IT systems and earned a degree in Computer Science and Aviation Maintenance. Laptop Universe began in 2004 as an organization that primarily bought and sold refurbished computers and parts, which then expanded into providing services alongside hardware. Laptop Universe founder David started Laptop Universe to spend more time with his family than his previous position as an airplane engineer allowed. He wanted to build a company that helped people reach their technology needs and offer a more personalized approach to the market.
